For the directory list entry zero prior to DWARF5 was implicitly the same as DW_AT_comp_dir of the CU DIE, but the index started at 1. Since DWARF5 the index starts at zero and the zero entry is the same as the DW_AT_comp_dir of the CU DIE. Similar for the file list.
