Hi,While searching for an answer to the same problem, I stumbled across a
posting on this mailing list:

I wanted to take a stab at patching it to work generically using a dynamic
address returned from AllocatePages, but I get the impression that this is
more complicated than just changing the address.
What else needs to be fixed to make it work properly?
Something about relocating the kernel image?
