I think that would definitely have to be optional. If I have films (or even series episodes) that I haven't seen, I do NOT want to see too much of it in the preview, that could totally spoil the film/episode (like, you could see who the murderer is way too early). Or another idea than optional: display multiple screenshots only for files that have already been watched fully.
