Can you please give us the list of files you have in
"/home/mc/.elisa/programs"?
And maybe you could run elisa with debug informations about the xdg and give us
this output as well:
ELISA_DEBUG=*xdg*:5 elisa.py

P.S - i've tried to post a message in elisa's forums, but there is no
way to attach files there.
