[Elisa] Translation

Hello, I'm trying to change the language shown in elisa (0.5.18), I've
tried setting the LANG variable and the country_code in
$HOME/.elisa-0.5/elisa_0_5_6.conf but elisa is always in english end
the country_code is overwritten everytime I start elisa
