My deepest appreciations to the simplicity of Elisa' design... Hence this
comment.

It would be neat if there was a setting defining what kind of media one
wants to use the media center for... Like if he only wants music, it only
displays the settings and music icon in the front view.

Different settings could then include extra plugins like the skype and
browser, which I think will destroy the simplicity if they where to be added
as icons in the first screen.


The idea is to define the front screen icons:
 - MediaCenter (All icons are set)
 - MusicCenter (only Settings & Music, redirects to Music by default)
 - MovieCenter (only Settings & Movies, redirects to Movies by default)
 - PictureCenter (only Settings & Pictures, redirects to Pictures by
default)
 - Custom (lists all available icons)
