Hi Rory, forgive me if you've already been down this path, but wouldn't CSS be the right place to apply page breaks for printable documents / reports? For instance: https://css-tricks.com/almanac/properties/p/page-break/
Are you trying to generate PDFs specifically, or just create reports that can be printed via the browser?
