I'm just testing Ubuntu 8.04 alpha5, the driver compiled fine, but em28xx-audio
cannot be loaded:

I've already removed /lib/modules/2.6.24* and reinstalled all packages with
kernel modules including kernel image, just to be sure that any of them was
not replaced during my attempts to install previous version of this driver,
without luck.
I saw similar thread and problem on this list before, but it was reported
with the -experimental driver and Ubuntu 7.10 (where in turn I was able
to load em28xx-audio, but audio was not supported. I thought that maybe
today I'll have more luck).
It'd be great If someone could help, I've no idea why these problems
are reported now.
