On OS X, GNAT GPL 2015 comes with gnat_util, and gnatcoll.gpr withs gnat_util. When building GCC 5.2.0 I have, of course, to build gnat_util, and I use GNATCOLL GPL 2015. So I didn't notice the problem. But you remind me that (on Aug 02 2015) I too found it necessary to make this patch (which was _not_ in the recent builds!).
