I think that .mtn-ignore should be converted to .gitignore, but perhaps also cleaned up on this occasion. But to clean up I need to generate all the possible build artefacts and see no clear docs on how to do this, i.e. a description of targets in both build/Makefile and build/wisi/Makefile. Can you at least advise on how you run the tests?
