Patches are generally encouraged. But sometimes it may helpful to
briefly request comments on a general idea before taking the time and
trouble of making patches, and you may get attention from a broader set
of people that way. Up to your judgment, really. (And not to worry too
much about it; Worg is the community documentation, and the main thing
is to get your contribution.)
