PS. I just realized that the footnote was misleading. Both the csl and the biblatex processors reproduce the whole suffix (post-note). The difference is rather that the locator-aware csl processor may change or omit the locator term, depending on the style. I'll wait to hear back from you on the rest before sending another revised patch. Yours, Christian
