It does not have to be a table, especially if you just need a single example.

I am reading this again, and I feel that it might be easier for the
readers if we move 15.2 Citation export processors before 15.1
Citations. WDYT?

We can also add more things about latex-oriented processors in a
separate sub-section, as it is done for 15.3 Bibliography printing.
