Yes, that makes better sense to me. Even more so now that Citations has
grown so long. But in any case, a reader who wants a structured
introduction would benefit from an overview of the available citation
export processors before they dive into citing stuff, I think.

If you move it up, the paragraph "Org mode ships..." in the introductory
section of Citation Handling could be simplified a bit.

Perhaps we should do that and present a table showing the corresponding
natbib/biblatex cite commands for the styles. I've been building one for
the tutorial page I'm writing for Worg.
