BeOrg does appear to be an active and more featureful IOS alternative to MobileOrg. Good to know about it. Alas, BeOrg does not conform to FSF/GNU criteria as free software so that there is no official mention/support of BeOrg on the GNU emacs/org side. (Checking, I find this position was confirmed on-line by org maintainers back in 2018). Not for the first nor the last time, there is a conflict between GNU principle and convenience. Sigh!
