Section "B.3 List of Contributions" of the Org Manual says, "Richard Moreland
wrote MobileOrg for the iPhone." mobile.github.io credits Richard Moreland
and Carsten Dominik as "Original Authors" and lists four others as "Current
Developers," one of whom is Sean Escriva. I contacted Richard and Sean in a
joint email. I've heard back from both.

Richard responded, in part, "I haven't been involved for a very long time
unfortunately, and I can't help get it back onto the store directly. I have no
problem with it being republished by anyone else to help revive it."

Sean responded, in part, "I took over for Richard a few years ago and am
currently responsible for publishing it to the App Store and will look at it
asap for you. I want to keep it available for sure.

My time recently has been very limited for writing any new features but I can
at least keep it published for those that depend on it.

I’ll let you know when it’s back."

I'm sending thanks to Richard and Sean privately (and will update here when I
hear further from Sean). Hopefully, I'm not the only person with an on-going
interest in MobilOrg on the iPhone. Public kudos from me for their efforts.
