Subject: [PATCH] Move (org-set-font-lock-defaults) from
 (org-set-regexps-and-options) to (org-mode)

* lisp/org.el (org-set-regexps-and-options): don't set font-lock defaults here.
(org-mode): set them here.

This fixes the bug mentionned in
