Actually, for some papers my workflow has been : 1. org-mode 2. LaTeX export -> submission (PDF) 3. HTML export -> preprint 4. manual editing -> HTML5 + RDFa going this way would be better IMHO : 1. org-mode 2. Linked Resarch . RASH export -> open publication 3. printing to RDF -> submission Best regards.
