How about moving the most important lines to the beginning (those using
unique scripts), and adding a "Hello in other languages" section to the
end for other languages.

That way the important testing function of the file would remain
convenient, and people could also easily learn how to say hello in many
languages... :-)

I personally like having as many languages as possible; it adds to the
warm fuzzy international feel of Emacs (and Emacs indeed has an
amazingly wide range of contributors -- I think even among regular
posters on this list, there's a fairly even distribution around the
globe!).
