I guess the jury is still out on this one. I don't think there's a right
answer in general for this case, it depends on the specifics. But at least
if the click is short, I'd expect it to be a click. If it lasts long, I'd
probably expect it to be a drag. If it's in the middle...
I tend to agree, but I think the most consistent rule is: if point has
changed, it's a drag.
