Precisely. The argument otherwise is that it'll be twice as much to maintain, which is fine because *there will be a 50/50 split* (even a 25/75 split would make it worthwhile to keep both options alive) and we want all of them to be able to use Letters. It's not a "mode" either insofar that it's going to be transient, you're going to decide on one and stick with it.
