One of the Mail Actions I have, starts as follows: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Criteria Test If True If False >From is in address book Don't apply actions Go to next line And then continue with some of the most often found subject words used in spam on each line as follows: Subject contains "Adult" Apply actions Go to next line Subject contains "%" Apply actions Go to next line etc., etc. Actions Set the message's priority to "Suspect Mail" (or whatever priority you want to identify the spam easily by color in your log file - don't forget to create a log entry for each piece of spam) File the message in "Deleted Mail" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I did not write the original Mail Action called SPAMex but can send it offline. The other thing about Spam Mail Actions seems to be that they need some modification over time as you see what works and what additional criteria needs to be added that the Mail Action misses. After a short time you can fine tune it very well and certainly don't need a different address book. I use four different Spam Mail Actions that seem to fulfill my needs BUT I do log the deleted mail and review it every now and then to see if a good one has slipped through. I also have my spam Mail Actions last, just before my Catch All Mail Action. Hope that helps.
