Could be... but at least the one I have been getting appears to be far better crafted than most worms (comes in with email messages that are actually gramatically correct, and have topics that make it seem like it was accidentally sent to you). AND, the one I have been getting has been hitting addresses that shouldn't appear in any fashion that a normal worm would get to... but rather are addresses that a targetted spam attempt would probably hit.
