I am still using Emailer. However I keep looking for something I like that works for me in OS X.
One feature that I use of Emailer is the scheduling. One can select specific times for Emailer to dial up the server, get and send mail, and then disconnect. (Even Emailer can't do this directly, I found a apple script 'Collect Emailer Mail' (on this site) that does the job). In PowerMail, all one schedule is the interval for checking mail. And I can't seem to get it to disconnect automatically. (Sure I could use the PPP screen ans say disconnect when idle longer than X minutes, but then i always have that screen popping up). >From looking at BareBones Mailsmith, it does not have a scheduler and seemed excessively complicated to use. =================================== Carl "Rick" Mockler Captain, U.S. Coast Guard (Retired) 40 Holland Road Melrose, MA 02176-2606 781-665-8580 or 781-690-2058 fax 419-828-9523 [EMAIL PROTECTED] =================================== ___________________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe send a mail message with a SUBJECT line of "unsubscribe" to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> or <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
