Back when the script was written these spammers were operating off dialup accounts, etc.
Today they're running their own servers, or at least hosting their own domains, so when you email [EMAIL PROTECTED], it just goes right into their mailbox. More than that, it shows that there's a live person sitting at their mailbox, so let's give you more importance. Best to turn on long headers and run the email through SpamCop. In theory the databases they use will know which ISP is providing them with connectivity and email THEM instead of the spammer, which works wonders for getting this new round of SOBs TOS'd. Granted for every spammer's head you cut off five or six pop up to take their place, but then you have five or six instead of six or seven (since they'd pop up anyway). -- Mike O'Connell [EMAIL PROTECTED] Microsoft: The company that made email dangerous. ___________________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe send a mail message with a SUBJECT line of "unsubscribe" to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> or <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
