I am behind, this was from Chris. I just wanted to share a surprise success I had with Hotmail, of all, in getting them to cancel the account of a spammer who was sending me jokes and tons of attachments for about a year. The process took about 8 aggravating emails to Hotmail, who insist you forward the email to them with long headers visible, which I couldn't figure out how to make emailer do (Is it possible?). Anyway, they finally accepted my claim and I have now had a few months free of this almost daily (sometimes a few per day) intrusion. And with Hotmail!
