Bouncing spam always sounds like a good idea, but I think you'll find
that simulating bounces for spam will be marginally effective, if at
all.

Spammers don't care whether their outgoing mail bounces; it's not like
postal mail, where it costs a finite amount of money to send junk mail
and the sender has an interest in minimizing the number of outgoing
pieces.

Sending email costs the spammer nothing. Moreover, most spammers conceal
the originating address by forging mail headers, so the odds that a
bounce will go to the right address (or even that the return address is
even valid) are slim to none.
