chris, For your friend ...
>>>The script is entitled "Trash message+enclosures." >>>Will one of you more informed users of Emailer kindly >>>tell me how to cause both the message and enclosure to >>>go away, as is the purpose of the script. >From Fog City's 2.0 utilities page <http://www.fogcity.com/em_utilities2.0.html> download "Dave's Essential Scripts" <http://www.fogcity.com/files/Emailer/2.0/DavesEssentialScripts2.0.hqx>, a package of 16 Emailer scripts. Of particular interest to Sheafe Ewing will be this: "* Shred Messages -- Permanently deletes the selected messages and moves their enclosures to the Finder's trash." I use it daily in Emailer 2.0v3. The way I most use it is to have all suspected spam filtered into a subfolder named "Spam" (how clever!). I scan this folder periodically for misdirected legitimate e-mail, then select all (Command-A) or just certain messages, and choose Shred Messages from the Applescript pull-down menu. It's a bit slow, but works as advertised. Hope this helps! -- Mike ___________________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe send a mail message with a SUBJECT line of "unsubscribe" to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> or <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
