This is not an Emailer problem as far as I can determne but ratther the 
connections are handled fro Classic based applications.  Browsers do the
same thing, that is get a connection started but fail to finish 
retrieving the 
page.  I have tried three browsers which all do it.  Not a CE problem, a 
classic or classic under X problem.

Anyone know how to do a bug report to Apple?
I have the data to send them.
