Jamie had the best solution in terms of easiest to do (create multiple
accounts).

However, you could automate the whole thing if you configured the rest of
your system the right way.

One, you can use Baton Mail and Location Manger to swap accounts based on
what location you have selected.

Or, if you plan to reboot your computer when switching locations, you can
have the Location Manager change HOSTS files for you during boot. Then
put pointers in your hosts file for each of the mail servers (one file
for cable, one for dialup). Point Emailer's SMTP server to the CNAME you
used in your hosts file. Then, based on which hosts file is loaded,
TCP/IP will resolve the CNAME you are using in Emailer to the correct
mail server. But this trick will only work if you plan to reboot (the
hosts file is only loaded when TCP/IP first loads, and usually requires a
reboot to refresh it).

Of course, if this is over your head, then stick to Jamie's solution. If
you don't currently know how to use the Location Manager, or configure a
hosts file... you will go nuts trying to get this method working right,
and will cause you more frustration and effort than just doing the
multiple accounts trick that Jamie recommended.
