Here is the error I just got when I sent to [EMAIL PROTECTED] from my MAIN
NAME which actually DID go through: (I finally found a support email that
worked, and please note, the username has been substituted with
"crazyperson" but is how I feel about now!)

>Oh boy - I'm at my wit's end. I can't even send mail from my own main
>name with attbi.com - I keep getting "relaying not allowed".......geesh!
>
>The attbi.com service had some major problem with their server yesterday
>in that I was connecting, lights flashing but not getting DNS response.
>The person who answered the phone took care of it (and admitted it was on
>their end) and by the time I got home from work, it was functional once
>more.
>
>However, I want to tell you that, since ATT took over Media One, their
>servers have been STILL giving me the errors that say they are "busy" and
>to try again in 5 minutes......this is outrageous.
>
>Now I have a new error just since the glitch of yesterday and that is a
>"Mail could not be sent because a network stream error occurred".
>However, the mail is still sent. I don't understand why I would get the
>error but the mail is actually sent. I just sent mail to my parents and
>got the error, but alas, the mail indeed was sent.
>
>What have they done to their setup that would cause this? I have never in
>three years had all this trouble. My configuration has not changed at all.
>
>They tried to tell me to use a different piece of software whose language
>they could "understand". Telling me the server is "busy" or "unavailable"
>is in plain English and should be understood by
>everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
>
>One thing for sure is, it's INEXCUSABLE when I'm paying over $40 per
>month for this service.
