Yeah, I resolved it by having the ISP connection disconnect after 8-10 
minutes of inactivity (I get a warning about a minute before). My only 
problem with it is that it doesn't see CE downloading mail as activity, 
so a few times when I've not connected for a while, it's disconnected in 
the middle of getting or receiving mail.
