I don't know if the location is the same in later Systems, but I still run OS 8.1 on a PM7100/80, and perhaps the following would help answer your question: I found couple of QuickHelp 4.0 files, also an Apppleworks 5.0.3 Help (is also a QuickHelp file) in the Appleworks folder (formerly Clarisworks folder), in the Application Support folder in System folder. 2 yrs ago after testing, I trashed all the QuickHelp 4.0 files, leaving just the Appleworks 5.03 help file there. Have since accessed that help from the pull down menues in Appleworks 5.03, also in Emailer, with no problems. It seems that with each upgrade of Clarisworks 4.0, 4.1, 4.5, 4.6 versions, a QuickHelp 4.0 was installed in that folder (perhaps same happened with Emailer upgrades). Appleworks 5 (upgrader) installed it's version of QuickHelp 5x in same (renamed) folder. So it's either the Claris folder, or the Appleworks folder, inside the Application Support folder inside the System folder the QuickHelp 4.0, or newer Appleworks (quick) Help file goes into.
