Unfortunately, I've let my v2.0v3 Emailer mail database get very big (almost 200 MB) over a span of almost three years without backing up (stupid me!). Now, I think it's toast.
The problem began when I downloaded my mail and one of the messages in my Inbox wouldn't open when I clicked on it. Turned out, my TCP/IP control panel was inadvertently open at the time I was downloading the messages (don't know if this is related). I closed Emailer, opened it again, and got an error message very roughly like this: "Can't open the mail database because an action on an incoming email was not completed. Press OK to quit." Now, when I try to open Emailer, I get the error message: "Claris Emailer could not open the required file "Mail Database" because the file was created by a more recent (and incompatible) version of Claris Emailer. Press OK to quit." Strange. Any solutions for retrieving my archives would be greatly appreciated.
