Hi Bob, and welcome to the Emailer-Talk community. What settings do you currently have in your "Accounts" window?
Emailer is a little different than some other pop3 email client programs in that the set up for the email account blends the incoming POP server with the account name. So your might looks something like this: Account name: SBC Yahoo User name: Bob Fowler email Account: [EMAIL PROTECTED] email password: ************** SMTP server: smtp.sbc.com Email address: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Since you can SEND email, that means that the SMTP server is correct. If you can't receive email, then the Email account may be wrong. Note that the "Email account" is your username then an "@" then the incoming POP mail servername. Also make sure you have the right password. What error does Claris Email give when you try to collect email? Look in the toolbar for a blinking yellow triangle with a "!" in it. Is there a recent error message (you may need to scroll down to see the fresh ones) Hope this helps.
