What I did was to tell Remote Access to disconnect after 1 minute of idle time. That worked pretty well. Then for when I wanted to go on the Web, I set another configuration in Remote Access not to disconnect (or to leave a longer time frame), and I'd switch between the two configs as needed in my OT/PPP Strip control strip module. It worked quite well.
