I'm sure you have answered these questions many times over, but I can't seem to access the archives for your list. (Only one of a zillion struggles I've had with this process.)
I have tried to upgrade my Claris Emailer 1 to Emailer 2.0. After countless computer freezes and desktop rebuilds I got the install to work, but it would not read the previous folders or address book. I have attempted every option I can find in the FAQ and Help and Install info. I can see the Personal Folders with in the Claris Emailer Folders, but when I open the program they are not readable in the Browser. I've run the Apple Script that says it will convert files, but when I click on the Filing Cabinet it say that it is not a true 1.x folder. How do I get them to be a part of the Emailer2.0? I'm afraid the address book is gone completely. If I have lost the Emailer Addresses is there a way to import addresses from AOL 5.0? Help please, I'm dying a slow emailer death.
