Sorry, I'm not an AppleScript writer. Emailer Cleanup is a standalone app, not an AppleScript. However, a quick and dirty way to keep the enclosures from being deleted by Emailer Cleanup would be to simply drag them from within Claris Emailer to the desktop. This should remove them from the Downloads folder. The only problem that might arise is if you end up dragging enclosures with the same name (i.e. enclosed#6.html). Then you'd have to do a little more work. Then these files live on the desktop until you view them or manually trash them. Perhaps someone else on this list can write the AS you're after.
