Not necessarily. This message can be seen in an AutoFile Log any time one
of the messages has been permanently deleted (i.e., it has been moved to
the Deleted Mail folder and then deleted from there, or with an
AppleScript or OneClick button, has been "shredded"). This is normal
behavior, and does not indicate any kind of database corruption at all --
at least in the Auto File Log.
On the other hand, if you see this message in a normal mail box
(including the In Box, I'd think) then it is likely to be a problem. I
don't know this for sure, since almost all of my email is sorted into
other mail boxes, and my In Box has only a few things in it at any time.
