First, let's start with the fact that the attachment was a virus. Second, I've often heard it expressed that sending attachments to the entire list is bad form. Finally, I'm going to assume that this was out of ignorance and not malice. Look more closely at the long headers for the e-mail. (ctrl-click on the header and choose, "show long headers"). I'm willing to bet you're address is imbedded somewhere in there. The poor schmoe you got it from is either infected or a virus-spreader. The only reason you didn't catch the bug is your running a Mac (hurrah!) I just hope no one on the list is checking the list using their Wintel box for some reason. Unless you know the sender, I'd trash it and forget it. ================================================ | Doug Starkey | | Network Administrator | | Pecan Deluxe Candy Company | | 2570 Lone Star Drive | | Dallas, TX 75212-6308 | | e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] | | voice: 214-631-3669 Ext. 108 | | fax: 214-631-5833 | ================================================ ___________________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe send a mail message with a SUBJECT line of "unsubscribe" to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> or <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
