Yes Berndt, what you say is true. On the other hand, most News sites don't keep their stories at the same URL for long, and after a few days they are either not available or not free anymore. So just linking to it may not work well. And many news sites do allow you to send a whole story because they offer a button to "email this article to a friend". When I see those, I generally email the article to myself, then forward it to my friends. That way I know exactly how it will look, I know that they will actually be able to read it, and I know I'm not adding them to a spam list. I will also include the URL, so they can see the photos (if any) and some people prefer to see it in a pretty format.
I'd also like to point out that eMailer is SO SOLID, and doesn't need a whole lot of tech support, that we spend most of our time here on "Emailer-Talk" talking about other issues. That actually says a lot about how good [EMAIL PROTECTED] is!! :-) Best, Dave Nathanson Mac Medix On 9/25/03 8:52 AM, berndt [EMAIL PROTECTED] tapped the keyboard to say:> >And my response is not emailer specific either, but since we don't have >any listmom to spank us... > >But a listmom would note that it not appropriate to post an entire >article.
