And my response is not emailer specific either, but since we don't have any listmom to spank us... But a listmom would note that it not appropriate to post an entire article. An explanatory paragraph, the first paragraph of the article, and then the link to the NYT web site, is what a listmom would suggest. Fair use permits a certain amount of copying and distribution, but by posting the entire article, it deprives the NYT of traffice that a link would generate.
