Thanks Chris.

Well I figured it out.  I realized that I could send manual without a 
prompt.  It was when it was attempting to connect manually that the 
password thingy came up.  I watched closely and realized it was  
"checking" two accounts...one which had an old passowrd whcih was  not 
checked before I started fooling around with upgrading my software.  So I 
simply when into "schedules" and unchecked the offending account.  All is 
happy again.
