No. The username is something the ISP has to setup. If you want it 
changed, you have to talk to them and get them to do it on their end 
first.

And despite that "Doug McAdam" isn't a valid option anyway. You can't 
have spaces in an email address. You could do "Doug.McAdam" or 
"Doug_McAdam" or something similar that uses a character in place of the 
space.
