You aren't missing anything. I totally misunderstood what Doug was asking. I thought he wanted to change the first part of his email address arbitrarily. That is refered to as the "username" in mail admin speak. My error was in forgetting that Emailer has a "Username" field that is not connected to the email address username. If that is what Doug was in fact asking about, then yes, he can change it to anything he pleases, including to something that has a space in it. And he can make this change any time he pleases, and as often as he pleases as it won't effect his ability to send and receive email. The only thing the User Name field in Emailer effects is how your name is displayed in your return address text string. Whatever you put in that field will be displayed in an email message as your name. For instance, this email will claim to be from "chris, [EMAIL PROTECTED]". It displays this way because I have "chris" in my Emailer's User Name field. If I change that to "Mighty Mouse" then my email will appear to be from "Mighty Mouse, [EMAIL PROTECTED]". -chris <http://www.mythtech.net> ___________________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe send a mail message with a SUBJECT line of "unsubscribe" to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> or <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
