Greetings: My mail actions are suddenly marking good mail (mail lists I've subscribed to, such as Mac-L digest and Powerlist--for Powerbook discussion) as spam.
My mail actions consists of dozens of individual actions, mainly associated with family, business and mailing lists. I have them listed in alphabetical order. The last item, and the only one out of alpa order is "spam filter" (without the quotes). The first item in spam filter is: "From is in Address Book"->don't apply actions->go to next line. Following "spam filter" are more than 100 individual filters based on addresses (anything ending in .ru for example), keywords (URGENT HELP), and one whereby message body is blank (this is for html mail, which is invariably spam). So I assume once mail is received, it is run through mail actions in the order listed in mail actions, e.g. through my specific friends/family/business actions then, if the mail falls outside those actions, it is run finally through the spam filter actions. Is this correct? TIA. Cheers. bevon ___________________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe send a mail message with a SUBJECT line of "unsubscribe" to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> or <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
