This is AMAZINGLY off topic for this list... but hey, we tend to do that 
here.

First, check your Date/Time control panel, and make sure the correct date 
and time are shown.

Next, get a hard drive utility and check the condition of the hard drive 
(SystemWorks may do it, I'm not sure, I don't really know anything about 
it, I've lost a lot of faith in Symantec recently and haven't been 
keeping up with their stuff).

Run Disk First Aid.


This sounds like a bad hard drive.

You have the bad dates in Emailer because you aren't running 2.0v3. Run 
the v3 updater, or just install the whole 2.0v3 version (its on my FTP 
site). If you do the fresh install, once it is installed, drag the 
Emailer application file from the new install into your old Emailer 
folder replacing the old application file.
