I can't argue the running Classic point, but as for checking email twice to get it to unpack, that is a known issue, and easily fixed. There is a .DS_Store file in your Temp Incoming folder that is causing Emailer to choke. To get rid of it, simply quit and restart Emailer until no more email unpacks. Then throw away your Temp Incoming folder, close all windows, and start Emailer again.
