Probably. I didn't check the faster Mail.app in 10.3, but when I tried it in 10.2 on a G4/450, Emailer ran ridiculously faster for anything but searching, on the same machine in Classic (launched faster with my 70 MB DB than Mail.app with a few dozens messages, displayed faster, scrolled lists of 100s of messages faster than Mail with 10 times less, etc.) And the guy sitting next to me hadn't even dreamed a mailer could have the most basic features of Emailer (I won't try to list those, but I must say I'm puzzled that all other mailers I tried are still stupid enough to bother telling me I'm the sender of all the messages I write, I mean, what's the "From" column worth for outgoing messages?
