Hi Chris- I feel really silly about my question regarding alphabetizing Mail Actions when I discovered that all I had to do is reenter each Action in alpha. order by Mail Action. It really did not take that much time either. I printed out the Mail Actions and then worked from a hard copy. Duhh! Learn something every day.
